Rockwell Townehomes

We’d like your opinion on which floor plan you think is best…

We’re considering switching the second and third floors in our Rockwell townehomes in Chesapeake Beach. This would put the master bedroom and laundry room on the second floor vs. the third floor. Which would you prefer?

    I agree with the idea of switching the two floors (master on 2nd, bdrooms on 3rd). In my own personal opinion, I would prefer to only have to hike up to the 3rd floor (to my children's rooms) maybe a couple of times per day. My master bedroom and laundry would work better on the 2nd floor - I go in those rooms much more often and would appreciate slightly less stairs!
